Terms of Service

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use axeo
• One person or bot may not maintain more than one free account
• You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account, even when content is posted by others within your organization
• You must promptly notify axeo of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach
• Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access and permissions within their organization

You agree to use axeo in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other accounts, or computer systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service or its underlying infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service without our written consent
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without authorization
• Use the service in a way that could harm other users or the service itself

We strive to maintain high availability of the axeo platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance that may affect service availability. Critical security patches may be applied without advance notice.

axeo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by axeo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the data you upload to axeo. By using the service, you grant axeo a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We do not claim ownership of any asset data, images, or other content you create within the platform.

Certain features of axeo require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• If payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved
• Downgrading your plan may result in loss of access to certain features or data storage limits

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You can cancel your account through the settings page or by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if your account is inactive for an extended period, or if we discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after account deletion to allow for recovery, after which it will be permanently removed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, axeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to axeo in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and notifying account administrators by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
